As a franchise owner we provide you with support in the following areas: real estate selection, lease analysis, inventory analysis, hiring, accounting, marketing, and business development.

Managing day to day operation is the key. We'll make sure your entire staff is well versed in the day to day operation of your successful business. Our proven system will be fully in place quickly and we'll provide ongoing support to ensure your success.

Our centers are all uniform. All licenses, vendors, and developed software systems are in place to get you up and running quickly with a solid business plan. We'll also help you evaluate your business as it grows to nurture continued growth. As a manager, we'll train you in all areas including accounting, budgeting, marketing, student recruiting, scheduling, hiring, and business planning. Your success is our success!

We also train your Center Director. Your Center Director will be trained initially and provided with on-going support. This position is vital to your success and we'll make sure they are ready for their position. Training will include, assessment overview, curriculum building, the tutoring process, assessment conferencing, student placement, our system of motivation and reward, and parent teacher correspondence.

We'll also host quarterly growth review meetings and annual "business building" retreats to help you continually build your business.
